This project and the related digital audiobooks (the “Product”) was created by the independent author:

Peter Parničan (also referred to as “Peter Parnican” in international documents).
In these pages we use the term “Author” for Peter Parničan.

For privacy and safety, full postal address and other sensitive details of the author are not published directly on this website. Where needed (for example for official communication), these details can be provided securely after you contact us using one of the options below.

2. Payments and invoices (Paddle as Merchant of Record)

All customer payments for the Product are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. This means in particular:

• Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes (e.g. VAT).
• Your bank statement will typically show a charge from PADDLE.COM or similar wording.
• The Author receives royalties from Paddle for the use of the work, but does not process your card data directly.

Tento projekt a súvisiace digitálne audioknihy (ďalej len „Produkt“) vytvoril nezávislý autor: Peter Parničan (v medzinárodných dokumentoch môže byť uvedený aj ako „Peter Parnican“).
Na týchto stránkach používame označenie „Autor“ pre Peter Parničan.

Z dôvodu ochrany súkromia a bezpečnosti nie je úplná poštová adresa ani iné citlivé údaje zverejnené priamo na tomto webe. Ak sú takéto údaje potrebné (napríklad na oficiálnu komunikáciu), môžu byť poskytnuté bezpečným spôsobom po tom, ako nás kontaktujete niektorým z nižšie uvedených spôsobov.

• Autor dostáva od spoločnosti Paddle licenčné odmeny za použitie diela, ale vaše údaje o platobnej karte nespracúva priamo.
