5.2. Loss of the right of withdrawal (digital content)
The Buyer acknowledges that the Product is digital content provided immediately after payment in an online form (streaming/access via the Website).
Under the applicable legislation, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This does not apply where the provision of digital content has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent and the consumer has been informed in advance that, by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.
In the course of placing the order via the Paddle payment gateway, the Buyer expressly agrees that the provision of digital content shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that, as a result, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the Product has been made available.

In case of problems with the functionality of the audiobook or access to it, please contact the Author at support@audiovodicak.sk. The Author undertakes to handle justified complaints without undue delay (for example by restoring access).
7. Licence terms
7.1. The Buyer obtains a non-exclusive licence to listen to the audiobook for their own personal use.
7.2. It is prohibited to copy the Product, resell it, share access credentials with third parties or play it publicly. Breach of these conditions may result in the cancellation of access without compensation.
8. Liability
8.1. The Author is not liable for the outcome of driving school examinations. The audiobook is a supplementary learning aid and does not replace the wording of legal regulations or official training.
8.2. The Author is not liable for technical obstacles on the Buyer’s side (e.g. unstable internet connection, incompatible browser).
